To capture one's inner peace in that any given
second can be quite challenging. So many times we might see a
perfect frame, someone's reflections, a deep thought, a stare
or a glance, in another words that moment in time that begs to
be be captured on film only to be spoilt by the human's sixth
sense, individual's quest to look their best in front of the camera
and pose, not realising that that aspiration is gratuitous and
the moment is gone forever.
By contrast people's external happines, their outer
joy can be symbolised in many ways. Pleasure can be represented
in a form of a simple hug or smile, animated exuberence of excitement
by jumping for joy, or contentment by the grace of a dance. Movement,
especially dance can impose new set of challenges to the fotographer
but also creates the opportunity for whole new world of creativity.
Capture of one's moment when they are still is one thing, catch
subject's best profile while they are dancing is another.
That's one of the things that make photography
of subjects that much more interesting, challenging and above
all fun rather than object photography.
